RocketNet Sign-Up Procedure – KZN (MITSOL)
Please note all fields marked with a red asterisk are compulsory fields.
Step 1: Navigate to the RocketNet website by clicking the following link http://www.rocketnet.co.za
Step 2: Once on the RocketNet website click on the “sign-up” tab on the top bar.
Step 3: On the “sign-up” page click the option to select your network.
Step 4: From the dropdown box please select “Mitsol” as the network of your choice.
Step 5: If you are based in a complex or estate please input the name of such here.
Step 6: Select which service you would like to sign-up for.
Step 7: Complete the fields with all your personal details.
Step 8: Attach a copy of your ID document and proof of residential address. If you are moving into a new complex and do not yet have proof of the new address that you require the Fibre line for, then attach your current proof of residence.
Step 9: Complete your banking debit order details which run in advance of every month. Please note a debit order will only run against your account once the installation is complete and your Fibre line is up and running.
Step 10: Sign in the open area with your mouse or if on a tablet your finger, if you make a mistake please click the “clear” button in the bottom right corner to clear your e-signature and start again.
Step 11: Please sign one more time for declaration.
Step 12: Complete the form regarding whom we must contact for installation of the Fibre and last but not least click the “Submit Form” button to complete your online application.
